This position provides administrative support to the transportation team including Driver Check In and maintain transportation department information in proper record and logs.

- Conduct the daily dispatch, contacting drivers to provide information regarding their routes

- Maintain daily communication with drivers to ensure deliveries are completed in a timely manner

- Monitor fleet routing system

- Utilize computer programs to complete transaction and to ensure accuracy of delivery logs

- File and maintain documents as needed

- Perform other duties and functions as assigned

Job Requirements

- Diploma's degree - 1-2 years of experience in logistics / fleet business

- Fair reading, writing and speaking English language skills

- Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft office
