Role Descriptions
- Responsible for daily posts on all social media outlets
- Implements a social media strategy, develop the plans, determine objectives, establish what needs to be accomplished and define how it will be done
- Manages social media sites Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Create stylish, quippy content for multiple social channels
- Become a company advocate in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
- Regularly provide feedback on insights gained from social media monitoring (Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Continuously monitor social media trends and tools for changes that affect our competitive landscape
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing field.
- Good communication and team player
- Able to use photoshop
- Having service industry, e-commerce, startup knowledge is desirable.
- Familiar with E-commerce websites
- Ability to understand IT related technology products.
