1. Work side by side with sales manager, marketing manager, finance manager, logistics manager and account manager to maximize sales revenue by providing timely and solutions-oriented technical planning, pre-sales and post-sales support.
2. Assess deliverable need, prepare budget and schedule, and communicate resource requirement to management
3. Assist the product research and development team (China) in supportive ways
4. Actively monitoring the quality control and product development process
5. Giving guidance to ensure that the Assistant Manager, Systems Engineers/ Project Engineers are qualified to achieve sales and services goals in creative and effective ways.
6. Manage professionally diverse employees through mentoring, coaching and skill development
7. Deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations highlighting the relevant product features and benefits as well as the competitive advantages to sales and marketing terms
8. Drive the team to develop the technical skills and competencies necessary to meet and exceed the established objectives
9. Coach the team for professional development
10. Responsible for the hiring, professional development and performance evaluation
11. Effectively monitoring and managing the projects (may be multiple) at the same time
12. Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
13. Acts as liaison with Project Engineers, Senior Management on matters relating to engineering progress, quality, scope and technical issues.
14. Faster a collaborative environment that encourages both individual and team accomplishments
15. Participate with Systems Engineers, Project Engineers and Sales team on customer calls that require technical perspective (resolving product issues to smooth sales constraints)
16. Support Systems Engineers, Project Engineers in building and sustaining relationships with the technical influencers and decision makers as a liaison
17. Ensure on-time completion of all engineering accountabilities

. Bachelor of Engineering Degree/ Master or Ph.D. in Electronics and Communications/ Electrical Power
. English proficiency is needed
.Excellent computer skills in Microsoft suite
.AutoCAD familiarity
.Specialized knowledge in breadth and/ or depth for Solar Technology
.Must be well versed with Project Management Skills
.Ability to go business travel
.Knowledge on renewable energy
