The executive chef coordinates the work of chefs, cook and other kitchen employee to ensure the food presentation is economical,
Technically collect written budget labor cost goals.
High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are maintained through out all kitchen areas all the time.
The Executive chef plans menu for all food production aspect of specials events and banquets.
The Executive Chef establish and maintain, controls to minimize food waste and theft.
Develop standard recipes and techniques for food presentation consistently high quality.
Develop polices and procedures to enhance and measure quality continually update written policies and procedures to incorporate techniques, equipment and terminology.

Any Graduate
At least 5 years experiences in related filed
Can cook Asian Food, West em food and control food and wages cost to achieve maximum profitability
Set Menu over 1008 unit 1500
Can be create new food & Menu
