• Daily brief with F&B Kitchen team for operation, requirement and assign duties.
• Check all the tenant situation, floor cleanliness and food damages.
• Checking for gas supplies and food court back sides area.
• Checking all tenant daily menu items and special menu.
• Attends all department head and management meetings.
• Conducts monthly beverage inventories and quarterly, glass and silverware inventories
• Prepare weekly kitchen Budget.
• Preparing groups packages menu prices.
• Providing training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff.
• Attends all department head and management meetings.
