- Daily, Weekly, Monthly report for operation of Boiler.
- Leading Boiler Process to achieve production target.
- Leading to achieve 5 S, ISO process
- Record daily process data and analysis.
- Leading the action for preventive maintenance for Boiler operation area.
- Keeping the good work environment and utilization all resource to meet the goal.
- Working for continuous growth management of the organization and personal.
- Complete monitoring production related activities of distillery plant, Milling & Cooking, Fermentation, Waste Water Treatment process.
- Drive the safety awareness both internal and external.
- Day to day weekly, monthly operation plan for Boiler.
- Leading and controlling for Boiler operation and coal consumption to achieve target.
- Leading and controlling to take action for environmental issue like as Air Pollution.
- Participate all the quality system 5S, ISO, GMP, HACCP & other new quality system.
- Sustain all company SOP & WI and ISO & Other process.

Job Requirements

- At least 2 years experience in Boiler operation.
- Any Graduate B.Sc or B.A
- More prefer for Government Certificate of Boiler Operation.
- Preventive Maintenance Plan for Boiler
- 5S, ISO, cGMP, HACCP
- Leading Boiler Operation
- Lean Manufacturing practice
- Fluency in English
- MS Office
- Interpersonal and effective communication skill.
- Negotiation
- Planning & organizing
- Leadership
- Good attitude in work place
- Follow the discipline
