FM Workforce Management:

- Works with TMR/SR/BA to develop planning and territory management capability
- Holds regular team meetings with field marketing team to set objectives, motivate team, communicate objectives

Area Management:

- Strategic understanding of territory significance, issues and potential
- Proper trade segmentation
- Understanding of customer and consumer behavior especially at the store level
- Monitor competitor’s activity both in Trade and Consumer related
- Proposal of grassroots level programs both for Trade and Consumer activation

Synthesis of Marketing and Sales Objectives

- Alignment with Marketing and Sales teams
- Targeting appropriate consumer segment

Performance Measurement:

- Consolidate post evaluation reports and propose relevant action steps
- Consolidate competitive reports and propose opportunities and highlight issues

Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree holder

- Up to 3 years of experience with FMCG background, preferably with experience in handling team.

- Passionate about achieving individual and team objectives

- Self starter to get things done

- Adaptable, flexible and open to change

- Good team player and can work independently

- Range of influencing style

'- Excellent communication in Burmese and English

- Intermediate skills in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
