Job Description

Must be able to prepare Full Set of Accounts
Must be able to manage monthly, quarterly and year-end closing processes by using Computerized Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
Maintains accounting records by following internal controls
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Control of Debtors & Creditors
Develop internal control and effective accounting system and policies
Manage the company's cash flow
Must be able to communicate with oversea suppliers for any of payment matters
To liaise with Internal/External Auditors & Tax Authority
Preparing of Tax computation
Must be able to submit Tax Return on time via SAS system
Manage company’s financing matters
Must be able to handle company’s all banking transactions including TT, LC, Bank Guarantee application
Preparing any ad-hoc reports and performs any other assignments as and when required by management
