• Preparing Financial Reports for assigned Business Unit.
• Setting up the required Financial Policies, Procedures and Financial Matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate and provide all necessary documents to the external auditors for audit purposes.
• Liaising with external Auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of Financial Statements.
• Understanding and Adhering to Financial/Tax Regulations and Legislation.
• Assisting Group CFO for Internal Auditing Process and Procedure for each Business Unit under Group.
• Guide to direct reports to best practice of all tasks and assist in the ongoing improvement of the department.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related filed, master degree is a plus.
• ACCA Part (II) or CPA Part (II).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Financial Management.
• Accuracy and Punctuality
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in English
