This person is the key finance partner to the Business Unit to provide professional advice to ensure the decision making through insightful analysis with recommendations that support value added decision making across the businesses.

 Develop excellent relationships and act as a finance business partner to the business e.g. Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing/Supply Chain team and key internal managers.
 Work closely with the leadership team to do the in-depth performance analysis (including financial position of the brand/channel/section) as well as to create commercial opportunities.
 Responsible for resolving all queries in an efficient and pro-active manner. This will necessitate interaction between all departments including Operations, Sales, Accountant and Finance Manager.
 Oversee the month-end reporting process to ensure that the accurate month-end closing has been performed including all necessary analysis and casual commentary.
 Liase with accounting, factory and commercial teams to ensure that key business drivers are understood and appropriate actions taken.
 To ensure budget holders and managers have an awareness of their budget. Responsible for proper control & monitoring of commercial spending to ensure that such spending is within budget.
 To ensure that the business have the financial awareness. Provide financial training where necessary.
 Responsible to perform pre-post analysis on financial return on investment (ROI) on commercial activities with recommendation to optimize overall business performance.
 Assist in monitoring financial risks within the business and communicating risks and opportunities effectively to manage expectation.
 Have awareness of the Osotspa Financial Control and immediately bring to the attention of the management if any control deficiencies or process weakness are identified.
 Manage the team to ensure that the proper financial control has been established with monitoring process.
 Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity.
 Support the special projects that may arise from time to time.
 Act and maintain the company values and reflect them on the working at all time.

Job Requirements

 Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
 At least 5 years of work experience in business analysis/business partner/management account/finance/or accounting functions
 Proven track record of business partnering to a high standard and in a fast moving business environment.
 Demonstrable technical finance ability. Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking abilities
 Ability to develop strong networking relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
 Good problem solving skills
 Result-oriented; flexible and creative with excellent organization and planning skills
 Manages time effectively; identifies and plans resources to carry out tasks.
 Work independently and able to make sound decision with limited information
 Ability to work on own initiatives as well as part of a team with positive attitude
 Excellent people manager with a track record of motivating teams and individuals to perform to a high standard and work towards a common goal
 SAP knowledge will be an advantage
 Fluent in MSOffice skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Good presentation skills
