Job Purpose: To provide strategic HR support to assigned business units and help drive business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide solutions
  • Lead HR initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, employee engagement and succession planning
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement HR policies, programs, and procedures
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role or generalist role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of related labor laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to Head of Human Resources
