REPORTS TO: CEO and Board of Directors

Responsible for efficiency in financial resources management and the success in the implementation or amending of operational strategies. In addition, ensure for the effective and accurate financial resources management and control of cash management, oversight the process, implementation of best practices, operational strategies and procedures. Work closely with CEO to enhance company credibility and develop the business.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to successfully lead senior finance and accounting team for the group
• Ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management and reporting
• Builds strong relationships with banks, external business partners and board of directors
• Identify and structure loans and present it to the board
• Identify sources of repayment that are appropriate for various loan borrowing arrangements
• Oversee and control loan documentation process and requirements
• Effectively communicating internally and with banks and investors regarding financial needs
• Join the commercial negotiation as finance rep
• Assess the economics evaluation
• Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities

• Real estate industry background (preference)
• MBA in Finance or Business banking
• Excellent management skills with ability to handle difficult situations
• Public company experience

• Fluent in verbal and written English
