Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Manages the daily activities of card operations and call center

• Reports critical matters to HOD

• Plans for coping with future business projections

• Liaises with internal and extenal parties

• Develops SOPs, workflow and process guidelines

• Manages data collection and requirements for offsite ATMs (photos, location, rental fees, maps and other necessary information)

• Prepares presentations

• Finalizes profit/loss calculation for offsite ATMs

• Engages in making contracts related with offsite ATMs

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor or Master’s Degree, preferably in related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the related area (payment cards)

• Dispute resolution skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Good interpersonal skill, communication skills, problem-solving skills and Analytical skill

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
