Job Summary:
1. Formulate, manage and implement the company’s Talent Development and Human Resources strategies, policies and processes to support the company’s short term, medium term and long-term business strategy.
2. Responsible for corporate brand communication strategy externally and internally to build up company identity/employer branding.
3. Act as a sparring partner for management team members

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1. HR Strategies
 Plan, develop, organize and lead the HR function to achieve strong growth ambitions of the company
 Build up company talent development and performance management strategy according to the company’s value, culture and business strategies
 Develop and implement a fair, competitive and motivating reward strategy while managing the HR budget effectively to meet business needs
 Develop and implement employee engagement and internal communication strategy

2. Talent Development and Performance Management
 Lead and facilitate recruitment and selection process by identifying the best-fit candidates for the company in a timely manner
 Ensure management accountability in line with PR talent processes
 Assist function heads to translate business goals into clear and effective individual performance objectives
 Advise management team on development needs & current gaps, while defining training policies & plan
 Promote internal and group mobility as appropriate

3. Compensation and Benefits
 Develop competitive local C&B policies and ensure legal compliance
 Set HR operation policies, processes, and tools to manage HR data to meet business and group requirements as well as statutory reporting needs and compliance with regulatory requirements


4. Employee engagement and internal communication
 Develop and implement Internal communication strategies and activities
 Manage internal communications channels/meetings to communicate corporate value, culture, mindset ensure the transparent communications
 Execute an employee survey, analyze survey results and propose an action plan with the management team to address key concerned areas

5. Corporate Communications
 Promote employer branding through campus events and social media
 Act as S&R leader to develop and execute the company’s S&R plan and activities in line with the group’s policy and our status as the leading spirits company in Taiwan and our desire to be a responsible corporate citizen and community member
 Act as crisis management correspondent to ensure compliance with crisis management policy

6. Office administration
 Manage the office administration and space planning to provide a conducive working environment for employees

Job Requirements

– Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
– Minimum 10 years working experience in HR
– Experience in liquor, luxury or FMCG industry is a plus
– Excellent command of spoken and written English and Burmese
