Job Summary

Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for Consumables, medical devices and other products assigned by the Company, with special emphasis on growing the business volume and achieving the sales and income targets set by the Company. He will be responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors' offices, and clinics.

Main Responsibilities

Job Functions :
• Responsible to cover government hospitals, specialist hospitals and clinics; to initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the Consumables Healthcare equipment represented by the Company.
• To implement new product launches and develop marketing materials to support sales growth.
• Promote, educate and create demand for the products through consistent, aggressive and effective coverage of all health care professionals.
• Support the overall sales objectives by building sustainable relationship with healthcare professionals and expanding the customer base.
• Involved in creating strategic marketing and sales activities in line with the field tactics objectives to achieve the sales target.
• Prepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the sales and income target (quarterly/annually) as assigned by the line manager.
• Promote to MOH & MOD Tenders to Grow E& C division
Key Deliverables:
• Identify key Products and Foreign suppliers with expertise in the desired field
• Executing product launches and developing marketing kits to support sales and partnership across Myanmar
• Project managing product launch timelines & foreseeing product availability
• Establishing relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical arena
• Working with business development managers to develop optimum account profitability and retention
• Working with business development managers to develop solutions to market and product changes and identify potential products for the Market
• Monitoring competitor products and placing
• Working with finance to establish pricing and contracting models for each respective market
• Build relationships with hospital staff
• Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategy planning and implementation.
• Provide product demonstrations and support
• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience

Minimum ( 5 ) Years’ experience in Medical Equipment field
Holding a bachelor degree
Exposure to the International level communication and business negotiations is taking an advantage
Advance communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet
