-Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefits and compensation, employee relationships.
-Execute full-cycle payroll process.
-Identify training needs and deliver training programs to support for talent development and succession planning.
-Maintain a fair company culture through staff engagement activities
-Partnership with top management and department managers for organizational strengthen & enhancement.
-Be alert of any policies update of all department.

Job Requirements

-Extensive experience in human resources generalist roles gained in international company,with a proven track record in leading HR teams, minimum 3 years.
-Strong knowledge of KPI Structure, recruiting, Myanmar labor law
-Self-confidence and strong communication skills will be critical to this leadership role where the ability to influence within the organization is of key importance.
-Degree holder will be a plus
