Job Requirements

1.    Any Bachelor degree 
2.    Minimum 6 year experience in the similar job scope
3.    Good knowledge and experience about Human Resource Management
4.    Knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law
5.    Knowledge of Myanmar Social Security Law and rights & benefits of employees
6.    Strong analytical skills, flexible, adaptable, excellent communication, interpersonal skills,communication skills with strong team spirit
7.    Good written and spoken English skill ability to communicate clearly and effectively
8.    Good organizational and planning skills
9.    Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office
10.    Patient and can cope with decision making when under pressure
11.    Understand human behavior
