As a HRM solution consultant, you will manage both internal and external expectations with the purpose of achieving maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. You will lead and assist projects and act as the primary liaison between the customer and our client. You will also identify ways to optimise solutions and deliver added value for customers whilst organising and mobilising resources on both teams.• Excellent knowledge on HRMS and Payroll software.• A sound working knowledge of international standards of best practice in the context of HR process workflow• Client requirement gathering• System configuration and implementation • Clients Training and Support• Proficient in data migration• Experience of using reporting tool• A sound working knowledge of the basic principles of accountancy, Tax and HRM
