• Work as the ICT helpdesk both Head Office and Branches
• Assist employees with software applications used within different departments of the Head Office and branches.
• Deal with system incidents and work on solutions to address any issues related to systems and applications used within the organization.
• Identify problems and develop solutions and enhancements to ensure that the software used within the company is functional and that it works at optimal efficiency
• Advises users and analyzes user issues concerning Finflux Core Banking System
• Investigate, troubleshooting and solve system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Responsible to reduce business disruptions caused by various applications and to find ways to reduce the number of calls for assistance by providing training, writing operating manuals, and generally ensuring that common issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Installing and configuration client computer hardware system and applications
• Talking internal staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up the system or resolve issues
• Manage the IT assets list and report to supervisor weekly basis
• Supporting the roll-out new application
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Prioritizing and managing many cases at one time
• Able to train users

• Bachelor in Computer Science Degree/ Bachelor in Information Technology Degree (relevant education/ qualification)
• Minimum 1 years' relevant experience
• Teaching Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Prefer who work previously at MFI/Bank
• Good in English and Myanmar Language Skills (reading, writing, understanding)
• Excellent Interpersonal skill
• Able to Travel if required
