Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Follow the site plan from RO manager and give feedback. Breakdown as regional daily/weekly/monthly plan for the site supervisor routine field activities.
- Monitor/ supervise the site visit activities and results achievement.
- Respond to approve the penalty letter according to template when SV found the violations during the sample check, QMS or PAT stage to subcon.
- Respond to prepare the report to reflect the site condition after consolidate from SVs in region to upper management with analyze and suggestion from internal or customer side.
- Report the site plan results to reporting line manager.
- Prepare the materials for the meetings to share and review meeting regularly and have ability to train the SV about WAH/HSE, products commissioning and IT skill etc... to fulfill and understand the quality requirement
- Subcon management, customer management and regulations followup and reporting
- Can individual as functional mgr to lead and chair the customer meeting in region

Job Requirements

- Must hold bachelor degree or any other relevant degrees
- At least 3 years’ experience in telecom project delivery
- Working experience of project implementation manager for Telecom wireless project
- Must be able to speak English. Chinese for daily communication will be advantage
- Able to use MS Office Suite especially excel and power point for advanced presentation and tasks arrangement.
- Willing to learn and aggressive for target achievement, great personality and self-discipline
- Can work under pressure and be able to lead the team for target achievement
- This position is Mandalay base and we want someone who is currently living in Mandalay.
