o Analyse and implement innovative and effective product development
o Up to 3,500,000 MMK + Sat & Sun off

About the Company

Our client is one of Myanmar’s largest FMCG companies with a wide range of products in multiple categories. With a very progressive approach to the Myanmar market, this client is set to grow massively in the coming years.

The Role

● Propose a short-term and long-term pipeline plan for the company to fill the market gaps and seek for growth opportunities
● Introduce new products by developing plans with sales, advertising, and production.
● Manage the innovation team to develop continuous processes
● Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests

Job Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of working experience in Innovation or Product development in FMCG Industry
● Bachelor’s Degree holder
● Advanced English is a must
● High level of proficiency in project management software is a bonus, have analytical, problem solving and project management skills
