An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes within the generator and car spare parts industry.
Lead the development of new products and enhancements to existing products based on market insights, customer feedback, and technological advancements.
Evaluate all new potential customers throughout the country with standard approaching techniques. Need to hunt all projects concerned with product nature.
Strong communication and effective dealing skills with suppliers, manufactures, dealers and retail shops.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept ideation and feasibility analysis to prototype development, testing, and commercialization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company goals and objectives.
Manage the research and development budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize innovation and productivity.
Establish and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of all products developed by the R&D team.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to product safety, emissions, and environmental sustainability, ensuring all products comply with relevant requirements.
Evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes that could enhance product performance, reduce costs, or streamline manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in research and development leadership roles, preferably in the power generation or related industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
English proficiency is a must.
