We are looking for the assistant division manager who work for the all instruction part for Gakken Classroom. Your job is to keep the instruction quality up for all centres.

=The role=
 Help all centres apply our method, regulations and policy in the instruction based on the philosophy.
 Keep all centres’ instruction quality up and daily improve it.
 Share the core idea and instruction method among colleagues in the instruction division and related division, and daily train them so that they can support all centres.
 Absorb the instruction know-how, method and idea from the HQ office and introduce them into Gakken Classroom Myanmar.
 Study Myanmar education curriculum and system in order to apply our method to Gakken Classroom Myanmar smoothly.

=Responsibilities=
 Plan and hold a training such as the pre-opening training, monthly training (instruction / operation part), etc.
 Make and brush up manuals.
 Check and train all centres’ instruction.
 Train direct centre’s instructor to make the centre become the best role model for all centres.
 Join the instruction and operation partly to brush up skills and observe and analyze the actual situation.

・English (business level)
・Myanmar (Native level)
・Writing and communication skills in English and Myanmar
