Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1) Monitoring and supervising “inventory trans action processing team" to ensure that transaction processing deadline is met.
2) Monthly analysis of excess inventory, obsolescense, shortages.
3) Monitoring inventory transactions and reconciling inventory accounts to general ledger.
4) Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
5) Working with operations to develop and maintaining cycle count process. Reconcile and investigate variances between counts and system inventory balance
6) Developing reporting tools and internal controls to ensure the accuracy of inventory valuation and monthly cost of good sold calculations.
7) Leading year end physical inventory count process with cross functional department including finance.
8) Responsible for closing of inventory accounts, including preparation and posting of journal entries and account reconciliation of inventory GL.
9) Developing reporting and analysis to identify issues and opportunities impacting gross margin.
10) Drive process improvement in ERP inventory transaction flows in partner with operations, recommend solutions to enhance overall inventory reporting.
11) Support internal and external audit requirements.
