• Set up appointments and manage executive calendars
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
• Answering customers’ queries and providing technical advice & product introductions to customers
• Must prepare for inquiry and quotation
• Follow up to supplier on submitted inquiry
• Must have reporting skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
• More prefer candidate possess knowledge of M&E
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills.
• Must be fast learner in new things/technology
• Ability to work after-hours as necessary
• Extremely proactive and self-managed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
