Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Provides efficient administrative to Corporate Office/ CEO.
  • Plans, schedules meetings, attends to both external & internal stakeholders.
  • Organizes and accurately maintain fillings system for CEO Office.
  • Coordinate & follow up with functional heads for timely completion of actionable items
  • Reviews, analyzes and develop business reports as per CEO requirement.
  • Act as bridge between CEO, HODs & all office & Operations staffs.
  • Interpret English to Myanmar, vice versa at meetings and take minutes.
  • Edit and proof read Myanmar/ English text to accurately reflect language.
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned by CEO / Senior Management.
  • To carry out ad-hoc tasks and or project work as directed.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in Business/ Finance
  • Minimum Two years’ experience in related field or Banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Good Communication and flexibility
  • Good English language in written and oral
