(1) Consider and receive estimate and drawing from third party contractor company.
(2) Field inspection to completed work for new branches and renovation work.
(3) Monitor and report site progress and activities to project team members.
(4) Minimize additional site costs wherevers possible.
(5) Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
(6) Negotiation with the contrectors and vemdors for the best price.
(7) Field inspection, measurement for collectral land and building.
(8) Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
(9) Documentation work for office.

Job Requirements
(1) B.Tech / B.E (Civil)
(2) Can use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email
(3) 3 years experience in relavant position.
(4) Can use autocad and estimate.
(5) Can work with teamwork and if needs can go travel.
(6) Must have calculation and presentation skill.
(7) Must have couple years experience in relevant field.
