An Exciting Opportunity for ...

The role;

- Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical.

- Review project sites, inspection and documentation to advise on multiple projects.

- Advise QA/QC Senior Engineer on potential MEP concerns and requirements.

- Manage and solve technical issues that come across the contractor, internal teams and consultants if necessary.

- Oversee handover of site from project team to operations department.

- Responsible for project management of multiple projects through planning and monitoring to ensure successful project delivery on time.

- Work closely with internal MEP team, C & S project team and Interior Design.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements;

- Qualification in a MEP engineering disciple.

- Strong technical background in mechanical or electrical.

- HVAC experience is desirable, but not essential.

- Good all-around understanding of MEP environments - chillers, AHU's, HVAC, Cooling tower, BMS ect.

- High Voltage Switching experience is desirable, but not essential.

- Experience as a Minimum must include sites with critical power equipment such as large generators, UPS systems, Low Voltage switch gear and Transformer ect in Electrical.

- Strong communication skills and an excellent team player.
