Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Meet and greet clients and residents in a friendly manner
• Knowledge in all leasing properties conditions, market rental rates, and other services/facilities in the estate
• Provide the tour of estate, properties info and other facilities in the estate
• Update the reports of visitors log, hot reserved and prospects
• Follow up on all leasing enquires and ensure in providing the information about properties and estate
• Communicate closely with the landlords and the tenants in lease negotiation
• Ensure the completion of the leasing process with internal team and corporate with external tenant company
• Ensure the property is ready for handover and provide all necessary information to the tenant upon moving in
• Perform a range of property-related duties, such as maintenance and housekeeping inspection, building structural conditions, etc.;
• Knowledge in our properties type, floor plan and current market rental rates vs. exiting rates
• Provide the visited properties information and report to the landlords
• Assist with events and marketing

Job Requirements

• University degree in any discipline
• Strong experience in Customer Service industry
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), Power Point
• Communication, Corporation, Customer Service, Reporting, Team Work, Flexibility and Competent
• Good Customer Service Service, After Sales Service (Background - Hotel, Estate, Commercial, Sales)
• Rotation Duty Rota - Flexibility in weekdays & weekends (5 days/week)
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and local language
