• Inspection of Plumbing & Sanitary system
• Inspection of Rain Water system
• To prepare and Check documents, design drawing and updating information
• Prepartion of contractor’s shop drawings and getting approval from M&E Design Department
• Reviewing and Checking the reply shop drawing
• Drafting and Modification of shop drawings for Plumbing, Sanitary, Rain Water & Fire Fighting systems
• Calculation of Bill of Quantity for Plumbing, Sanitary and Rain Water System
• Preparation of Material Submittals and getting approval from M&E Design Department
• Request and order the materials from the Proucrement Department for necessary materials
• Checking the material arriving on site
• Checking the store balance weekly
• Arrangement and Checking the temporary water supply work
• Planning of daily work schedules for supervisor supervise site progress and to check the contractor’s manpower
• Attendance the site coordination meeting and Techanical meeting
• Attendance the safety toolbox meeting weekly
• Checking the fire safety and cooperation with safety officer and contractors
• Supervision of contractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, method of statement
• Coordinate and monitor the contractors to ensure the site installations and progress of works. Monitoring daily site progress
• To work within timelines set and manage the project plan to meet targeted dates and deliverables
• Coordinate with all M&E activity works, Structural & Architectural and other related works
• Arrange the inspection with contractors
• Preparation of test forms and Inspection of Hydro Test and Pressure, Test for Plumbing, Sanitary, Rain Water and Fire Fighting systems with the contractor
• Checking the contractor’s bills
• Prepation of As-Built Drawings and getting approval from the M&E design Department
• Testing & Commissioning of Plumbing ,Sanitary, Rain water, Fire Fighting systems in Building Construction
• Preparation of defect checklist and cooperation with contractors to repair with schedule

• Must be BE (Mechanical or Electrical) degree holder
• At least 10-years experience in construction related field
• Experience of Auto CAD 2010(2D/Isometric),PLC,Electrical Service,Mechanical Services,Electrical DesignT-BOSIET,Professional Manager Training,General Project Management
• Good knowledge of construction projects sequence
• Understanding of construction drawings
• Must be good in English 4 skill, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, must have continuous learning for innovation.
