Coordination and Cooperation
 Dealing with Local Authority and Terminal Operators to get the most optimal berthing line-up.
 Drive together with ground team to achieve target productivity of terminals.
 Drives contingencies planning.
 Manage agency activities to be aligned with target port stay time.

Other Key Responsibility

 Supervise data quality and set up data flow process with vendors.

 Feedback inquiries and share cargo execution relevant information of Myanmar.

 Backup local EQU tasks.

 Supports function manager on ad hoc project/report.

 Depart all vessels as per schedule and no delay.

 Achieve target terminal productivity.

 Cost Saving and Operation Efficiency.

Job Requirements

 Any Degree holder, Preferable Degree in Marine or Shipping related filed.
 2 years Working experience in Vessel Operation / Shipping industry.
 Welcome fresh graduate who willing to learn Marine Operation.
 Basic command of spoken and written English.
 Good communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently.
 Customer-minded attitude is required.
 Good skill in Microsoft office.
 Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork.
