- Perform marketing and regular sale calls to current and potential companies/organizations and negotiate best deals
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities to meet sales revenue targets
- Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare detailed proposals/quotes depending on each customer’s requirements with a quick respond
- Ensure all sales proposals are followed up to conclusion in a timely manner
- Able to conduct market analysis; plan/ execute/ follow-up sales & marketing plans; generate consistent sale performance
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Able to work over the weekend (Off day will be provided as a replacement)
- Business Development (provide creative ideas to the TEAM)
- Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers
- Actively produce contents for marketing materials for social medias page and offline medias.
- Understanding company product and brand.
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate
- Proven work experience ( minimum 2-3 years) as a Marketing Communications Specialist
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent good communication skills, negotiation skills, Analytical skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Using Internet & E-mail).
- Ability to work under pressure
