Job Description

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations for   improvement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments and inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Compile and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Communicate marketing plans, results, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in planning and organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in budget planning and tracking.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management and content development.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.
