Seeking a challenging role as a Marketing Assistant Manager to enhance brand awareness, generate sales lead, and drive demand for existing and potential products. This proposition should also be eager for leading cross-functional teams, optimize campaigns for maximum impact, and customer engagement in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Allocate the marketing budget to effectively use in the right channel to meet the right audiences.
  • Deliver and oversee campaign performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape and share with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with lead partners and affiliates to drive the number of leads for the sales growth.
  • Utilize the brand elements aligning with brand guidelines not to deviate from brand essence.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support to cross-functional departments based on their requirements of external or sponsorship events
  • Provide visual direction to internal designer to align with the campaign strategy and objectives
  • Perform other related tasks upon the management and divisions

Job Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the professional sales & marketing
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels such as digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising
  • Having sound insurance knowledge is preferable

  • Capability of working under pressure
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented on every assigned projects
  • Ability to work in a proper and timely manner

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • An MBA or relevant post graduate qualification is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
