Monitoring ongoing promotional campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
Supervise lease administration and documentation
Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation
Achieve specialty leasing revenue target established by Management
Source and seek out prospective tenants
Generate new leasing trends and negotiate qualified deals
Oversees daily center operations and coordinates center activities through facility management staffs
Serves as center representative at all time by responding to and resolving emergency situations and ensures all aspects of events are implemented and controlled according to plans
Performs other tasks as assigned
