-To develop long-term and yearly Marketing Communication Plan and Budget for all company’s brands and effectively manage the marketing budget delivering of all marketing activities within agreed budget.-To make sure that day-to-day promotional campaigns being correctly implemented at the store level such as briefing staff, leaflet distribution, banner hanging, poster placement, etc.-To effectively coordinate with franchisors’ Marketing department for various marketing programs and adapt for Myanmar markets.-To work closely with graphic designer and production house to deliver high quality work at right cost.-To manage overall media relations for the company achieving of frequent, timely and positive media coverage; and to closely monitor the company’s media placement.-To organize and participating in Sponsoring activities, and attend at opening nights, press launches, trade shows, public meetings and similar events; and organize leaflet distribution,
-Processing Degree in Marketing -At Least 2 years in Marketing field (Prefer digital marketing experiences will be advantages)-Experience with budgets and forecasting -An understanding of the F&B industry preferable-Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
