• To manage daily Mart Merchandising and Manage Purchasing Team to instruction to Purchase.
• Collect the Source of information of the new product that is trending in the market to participate in merchandising and hit specific target by each categories.
• Achieve sales and margin targets with strategic and analytical abilities.
• Lead, Coach, Monitor and trading the purchasing team for smooth and efficient operation of the purchasing function.
• Good knowledge about seasonal event and merchandising.
• Monitoring the weekly order based on reordering rules set for each shop.
• Monitoring price charges to achieve sales margin.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate.
• At least 5 years’ experience in merchandising management fields.
• Age between 25 to 40 years old.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Analytical skills, Good Leadership, Time Management skills.
• Must have management level experience in Merchandising for retail business.
• Strategic and analytical abilities.
• Excellent leadership, Communication, Interpersonal, Motivation, Influencing, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Planning, Organizing skills & Teamwork.
• Able to work under pressure.
