. Provide IT Systems and user support
. To perform installation/configuration and troubleshooting of desktops/laptops/printers and network
. Monitor the stability of servers
. Provide remote access and phone support
. Maintenance of daily operating procedures and IT documentations
. Perform Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• IT related bachelor degree with at least 3 years experiences in IT infrastructure field.
• MCSA or MCSE certification is preferable
• Knowledge and experience with PC Hardware & MS Windows / Server Platform, LAN, Routers, Wireless is a must.
• Experienced in installation, configuration, migration, upgrading of PCs, Printers, OS,
Software and IT related peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Security, VMWare Virtualization and Office 365 Administration are must.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve IT problems with minimum supervision.
• Able to provide IT related problems to users in daily operation.
• Ethical minded, professional, resilience and responsible.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, Service Oriented skills.
• Willing to travel to Upper Myanmar Region sites as needed.
