Job Description

• Managing of FM teams, supervisors, spare parts for O&M and NW Optimization project
• Network Availability calculation, observation
• Reporting field activities for solving Network Alarms / Critical faults to MS Director and customer daily, weekly, monthly
• Preparation necessary Reports/ Statistics / Presentations for Customer
• Making plans for improvement where KPI is bad in the regions and implementation of plans.
• Managing of site preventive maintanance
• Preparation monthly / weekly budget for FLM project.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years telecommunication work experience;
2. Higher Education in Radio Communication or Electrical Technique or Telecommunication;
3. Knowledge of communication industry, especially in MS field.
4. Experience in projects for MS of MPT/Ooredoo/Mytel and negotiation with external customers;
5. Knowledge of Field Maintenance of Huawei/Nokia
6. Intermediate level of English(communicate + writing ).
