Job Description

• To be responsible for managing and coordinating the NOC team.
• To keep upper management informed about what is happening in the organization concerning networking
• To oversee the work of junior employees to ensure that system requirements have been properly implemented and procedures carefully followed.
• To ensure maximum possible service availability and performance
• To implement new procedures for controlling over NOC activities and for data processing
• To ensure daily activity reports such as Fueling, PM, and CM and KPI analysis are prepared and submitted to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Degree in Technology or Electronics & Communication Engineering
• 4+ years of experience working in NOC / 2+ years of experience in a similar position
• Expert in Microsoft office tools like Excel, PPT
• Knowledge of power infrastructures such as Generators and DC power systems.
• Ability to work under pressure environment
• Willingness and ability to learn new products and technologies quickly, often without the focus of formalized training.
• Be able to communicate about operational issues effectively and in a comprehensible manner both to clients and employees
