Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

a. Assist with travel arrangement for General Manager and Executives
b. Handling a range of administration duties and support the company’s daily operations
c. Procurement of office supplies, equipment etc.
d. Maintain and manage facilities including: renovation, relocation, maintenance, leasing issues etc.
e. Managing and recording staffs’ record, leave status and uniform arrangement.
f. Engage in any Ad Hoc projects
g. Manage new staff on boarding program
h. Maintaining detail employee records on ERP System
i. Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
