An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Core Responsibilities:
• -Maintain and perform routine content updates to the Hledan Centre Property website using the content management system
• -Manage Google Analytic and Google Ad words programs
• -Assist marketing manager with the preparation of analytic reports on web, email marketing,
• -Act as Salesforce administrator for the marketing and sales teams
• -Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities
• -Support the goals set in the marketing plan
• -Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
• -Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• -Manage end-to-end digital projects
• -Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
• -Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
• -Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
• -Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
• -Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

Job Requirements

Knowledge and Skills
• -Proven work experience as online / Digital media specialist
• -Solid knowledge of Photoshop and other media editing software
• -Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• -Excellent analytical and project management skills
• -An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
• -Strong verbal and written communication skills
• -Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
• -Proactive and able to work independently
• -Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
• -Excellent time management skills
• -A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work
• -Must be highly creative
• -Ability to work well within a team environment

Experience
• -Bachelors degree
• -Minimum 3 years experience in online/Digital marketing
• -Must have experience using Google Analytics and Ad words
• -Marketing Automation Software experience required
• -CMS (Word press) experience required
• -CRM experience in an Admin capacity (Salesforce) a plus
• -Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• -Adobe Photoshop
• -Basic HTML and CSS
