Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

The day-to-day activities:

• Plan the route for Grab Shuttle for every region in Yangon
• Arrange fleets to provide Grab Shuttle Operation and schedule Special Event Planning.
• Support sales and account management team in back-office role (admin, document management and SalesForce updates)
• Support the sales team in curating new passenger lists from multiple sources (blogs, social media, newspapers, online digests, office towers etc)
• Manage procurement orders and track approvals for the GrabShuttle team
• Track developments in the competitive environment
• Other administrative and marketing tasks

Job Requirements

The must haves:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant field
• Minium 2 years experience in logistics/procurement or route planning for ferry
• Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English is a MUST.
• Proficient with Ms. Office applications, especially Ms. Excel and email
• Have experience with reporting and documentations
