Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manage and oversees all aspects of inventory control to maintain integrity of stocks.
Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the inventory/ warehouse to ensure KPI performance is achieved.
Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and inventory management including filling & shipping customer orders, ensuring accuracy of
delivery, corrosiveness of receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts & reconciliation activities.
Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
Maintain and update inventory control records on product since receiving until dispatching.
Perform cycle counts, stock take and report the result and KPI to Manager,

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Accounting or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Inventory Management, Logistics or Supply Chain.
High analytical and problem solving skill, good communication and negotiation skill.
Be computer-literate. Microsoft Excel expert is a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient , well know and understand Inventory reconciliation, Inventory flow
