Your Role;Report directly to Head of Department, you will be responsible for ocean freight export shipments.This position is responsible for day-to-day communication/operations with customer/ carrier/overseas counterparts. To handle system related with operations, handling daily operational tasks and ensuring consistent quality of the works done. You will also assist Department Manager in order to achieve business growth assigned by the company and monitor of department KPI.• Handle daily operational issues either internally or externally caused• Handle Key account customers and customer’s system as well as company systems• Make sure to understand customer’s SOP and help implementation• Coordinate and help provide full support to sales team for any customer’s requirements• Ensure 100% compliance of the event control timeliness and accuracy• Ensure compliance of the department KPIs set• Ensure to completion of VGM/ACI / AMS/AFR filings and send documents to carrier in time• Ensure to handle daily operations process and issue documents process with timely manner.• Ensure billing process within 2 days after vessel ETD• Ensure actual and accrual on every shipment basic at month end closing • Ensure proper closing for every shipment• Ensure to comply with the company rules & regulations• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Standards.• Other assignments from the management
• Degree holder in any field• Min. 3 years of experience in freight forwarding field specially in Ocean Export • Good command of English both writing and speaking• Computer literacy (excel, power point, words, email, etc)• Honest, royal and optimistic• Good team player• Problem solving skills• Work well under pressure• Challenging (well accepting changes)
