Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Management and support of the OSP vendors and subcontractors
- Supports Regional Manager, OSP Manager and TI Manager in preparation of regional rollout schedule
- Preparation on Quality Assurance
- Preparation for Health and Safety control on the sites
- Supervise OSP site field activities (Surveys, ROW, Aerial and Duct Cable Implementation, Acceptance, Progress Reporting)
- Following up the time schedules and checking if the work on site is executed according to weekly rollout plan
- Ensure OSP site implementation quality is according to agreed specifications
- Providing regular site status reports (progress, quality, health and safety, etc.) to regional project management
- Check and confirm site related project documentation for every site
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure that all jobs are executed according to site design and specification
- Reporting to regional manager for daily activities on sites including necessary progress update in PM Tool
- Reporting of all the issues on site to regional and OSP manager and providing recommendation on solving them
- Confirmed adherence to construction specification, health and safety standards
- Receiving test results and approving successful tests

Job Requirements

- Certificate degree in a technical university (preferred)
- Supervising the OSP rollout work performed by vendors/subcontractors covering civil works, cable implementation, commissioning, integration and acceptance
- Subcontractor management in network rollout projects
- Project low level planning and reporting
- Managing Health and Safety concept
- Project Management Tools
- Quality check incl. inspection
- Strong communication skills
