Overall Responsibilities : to smooth all card operations

Key Areas of Accountability:

• Manage project plan
• Deliver project in timely manner
• Manage issue & incident list
• Work with and manage supervisor to deliver the resolution of issues in timely manner
• Deal with respective vendor or third parties to deliver project and resolution effectively
• Communicate with operational department on issues and requirement
• Manage and maintain team’s daily task schedule
• Time management and task assignment ability require to manage project plan and resolve issues in time
• Team spirit and strong leadership require
• Strong communication skill requir

Job Requirements

Skills and Competencies Requirements:

• Familiar with Card Payment Switch software , monitor and manage POS
• Good analytical skill and managing skill
• Can able to work with team
• Knowledge on International payment cards services
• Knowledge on web service and Network are advantages


Experiences and Educational Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or related field
• At least 3 year experiences in card payment services or support or analysis including at least 1 year experiences in leading the project.
• At least 5 years payment system manage and analysis experiences would be advantageous.
• Banking domain knowledge would be advantageous.
