• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in taken & prepare of meeting minutes.
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• File and update contact information of customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Make travel arrangements such as visa, passport, air tickets and hotel reservation.
• Document expenses and hand in reports.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• Age between 25 and 35.
• Minimum(1) years experience in related field.
• Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and desktop publishing (Myanmar Typing).
• Excellent Communication Skill.
• Use Internet and Email.
• Can work under pressure and able to travel.
