Position Purpose / Context

Able to do EP electrical and communication. Responsible for machine’s auto mention backup and software update.


Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Plan and delegate work to subordinates in order to ensure that the plant requirements are met with a high level of service.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the technical staff.
• Must be able to use software for any emergency issues and repair and edit the require program for packer, palletizer and labeler.
• Extensive knowledge in machines. Train the technical employees on problem solving and analyzing (Root Cause Analysis) and the Machine Operators on autonomous maintenance.
• Able to control electrical spare parts.
• Provide the Management with daily, weekly and monthly reports on downtime, equipment status, etc.
• Add New Machine installation depending on situation drawing, estimates, project planning.
• Develop and implement productivity improvement and cost out initiatives.
• Comply with the company’s hygiene and safety rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

Technical Competencies:

Communication to the team. Working with plant/maintenance manager
External communication with supplier
Coordination with technicians/operations management as necessary
Fix of equipment. Every day inspection repairs wear and tare or plan for weekly maintenance. Follow process
Makes planning decision around maintenance. Preventative maintenance schedule. Reports issues to Manager who makes decisions
Planning on activity Follow established processes.


Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

- Minimum electrical power and electronics
- 3 years of experience in related field
