- To analyze all purchase request form and arrange the buying process.
- To compare all quotation message of respective company and giving suggestion & reporting to Director.
- To keep the minimum stock list of all items.
- To communicate with audit team about Fixed Asset.
- To prepare the quotation list, contract list, Mail Register, Approved Supplier list.
- To prepare supplier evaluation form and supplier performance form.
- To supervise the procurement staff's job function.

Job Requirements

- Any graduate (or) Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
- 2 year experience in the healthcare purchasing field or 3 year experience in purchasing activities & purchasing management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Medical/ surgical products utilized in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of Accounts payable systems
- Clearly express products specifications &knowledge A combination of demonstrated contract negotiation & analytical skills
- Proficiency in Mirosoft office(Word,excel, powerpoint & outlook),Internet, Email, Viber
